Sinister's VuduCon 2012

It saddens me to report that VuduCon 2012 is now officially cancelled.

This year has been incredibly difficult for me and my family, and I am not taking well to the health of a dear loved one, and other personal obstacles. Of course all things come to pass, however right now I can not focus on VuduCon.

I want to apologize deeply to everyone that was involved in the event, and everyone that was looking forward to attending.

This year I am proud to say that VuduCon was growing and hopefully in the future will continue to grow. 12 Artist, Guest, Vendors. 103 Attending and 513 invited. Which is amazing to see so much support for this event. I am especially proud of all the artist. And want you to know that VuduCon was never about me, and that is what hurts the most. I have and will always have you in mind over profit. I want Orlando to know what great talent lives here. What possibilities exist.

Fans of VuduCon: I want to also apologize to you all, I can honestly say that I align myself with truly amazing people and they work hard to bring you the very best! I hope you all understand that this event is put on by a working class of people and sometimes these things happen. I looked forward to seeing you all this year, however a greater power holds a different plan other than mine so I now look forward to meeting you in the near future.

I believe that I lead by example and if it means that I influence, inspire, and encourage you as an artist to be part of VuduCon, then I must also continue to lead by publicly showing that no one is safe from hard times. Everything is a struggle in order to make victories that much sweeter.

I don't want to say that it is the end for the event, anything is possible but as for this year, I need to be with my family and take care of my struggles first.

Lastly thank you so much to everyone that extended their friendship, love, prayers, thoughts, and assistance during my hardship. You all know my heart, I will never forget what you all have done! I love you all - Sin ( Lazaro Gomez )
